Ms. Bolandgray joined the firm as Senior Counsel in 2004.

Ms. Bolandgray’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial leasing involving both office and industrial properties. For twelve years prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Ms. Bolandgray was a Deputy Attorney General in the Natural Resources Law Section of the Office of the Attorney General at the California Department of Justice. She represented numerous State agencies in all levels of administrative, state and federal courts, in both trial and appellate litigation. Among others, Ms. Bolandgray represented the California State and Regional Water Quality Control Boards, the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, and the Department of Park and Recreation in various types of environmental, civil, and complex litigation. Her environmental practice included challenges by environmental groups or industry to regulation in the areas of water quality and land use under the Clean Water Act and the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). She also provided counsel to various State boards and participated in alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Bolandgray received a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Southern California and graduated in 1988, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. in 1991 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Bolandgray is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California.
