Mr. Kiskinen joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2003.

Mr. Kiskinen has broad experience in commercial real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financing, complex partnerships and joint ventures, and construction and design professional agreements. Representative clients have included investment banks, hedge and opportunity funds, financial institutions, investment advisors, developers, landlords, and tenants.

Prior to working with SSL Law Firm, Mr. Kiskinen was a member of the real estate department of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP. Before joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Kiskinen was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of its real estate practice group.

Mr. Kiskinen received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 1994, graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California and the Alameda Bar Association.
