Ms. Matkin is a Partner of the firm.

Ms. Matkin has almost 20 years of experience handling a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and structuring and documentation of complex joint ventures.  Ms. Matkin currently specializes in major leasing transactions on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Ms. Matkin worked as an attorney in the real estate and environmental groups of Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe LLP for over 10 years.  Ms. Matkin also previously worked with the environmental group of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, handling both transactional matters and environmental litigation.

Ms. Matkin received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1985, and her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1988, magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California.
